This website is operated by The Irish Horizon. We use Printify, a print-on-demand platform, to fulfill and ship products to customers worldwide.

Orders and fulfillment

  • Custom products:All items are made to order and produced once purchased.
  • Order confirmation:After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
  • Fulfillment: Printify and its print partners handle production and shipping. Production typically begins within 2–3 business days.

Shipping and delivery

  • Shipping times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

Returns, refunds & exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size, or color changes.
  • Reprints or refunds are only issued for items with manufacturing defects or damage.
  • Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
