We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. As our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, we’ve outlined our return and refund policy below to ensure full transparency.
All of our items are made to order, which means we donot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or there is a manufacturing error.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

Please get in touch with us using the “Submit issue” form and provide clear photos showing the issue (see guidelines below).
If the issue is verified, we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund. There is no need to return the damaged product.
To facilitate a quicker resolution of your issue, we strongly recommend including photo or video evidence when contacting us.

| A product sizing issue (manufacturer’s defect) | A clear photo of the received product being measured according to the measurements provided in the catalog’s size chart. Both the print and the measurement should be clearly visible and the garment should be laid on a flat surface. The tolerance is +/- 1” for most adult garments (withsome exceptions) and +/- 0.5” for baby clothing. |

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the package is unclaimed:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider but typically takes5–10 business days.
